If you ever find yourself in Garden City, South Carolina, you must try Sam’s Corner. Sam’s Corner, founded in 1976, is an iconic diner known for their footlong corn dogs and burgers that will make your mouth water. This fantastic spot is located directly across from the Garden City pier, perfect for an after-beach day bite! It often offers a nostalgic 60’s feel while bringing in modern aspects. Friendly, family-owned staff and great service make it all the better. For me, I like to get the footlong corn dog with a Shirley Temple. My dad gets a patty melt while my mom shares my love of the foot-long corn dog. If you are traveling with your family, right next door is an arcade that has every game you could think of and more. Overall, Sam’s Corner is a lively, amazing place that you need to try.
