Varsity Field Hockey
The Varsity Field Hockey Team fought hard against the Middlesex Zebras this Wednesday. The opposing team traveled from Concord, Massachusetts, and did not mess around on the field. Throughout the game, the Seawolves had good defensive stops and excellent transitions up and down the field. With the score at 2-1 in the final moments of the game, the Seawolves made a critical shot that landed just on the goal line. Tabor lost by a hair; the final score was 2-1. The Field Hockey Team will learn from this defeat and continue to conquer against Phillips Andover on Saturday.
Girls Varsity Soccer
Tabor’s Girls Varsity Soccer team put on an impressive display of skill and teamwork, securing a commanding 4-0 victory against Middlesex. From the first whistle, Tabor controlled the tempo of the game, dominating possession and creating numerous scoring opportunities. The defense held strong, successfully denying Middlesex any clear chances to get on the scoreboard. Tabor’s offense, led by standout performances from both the midfield and the forwards, capitalized on their opportunities, netting four well-earned goals.
Varsity Volleyball
Yesterday, Tabor Girls’ Varsity Volleyball faced off against the Middlesex Zebras. The positive energy was palpable both on and off the court, with cheers from the student section fueling the Seawolves’ momentum. Powerful spikes from Sydney Hanlon ’25 and Angelica Smith ’27, along with precise serves from Andie Derrig ’26 helped lead the team to victory. Our Seawolves finished the game with a full 3-0 sweep and will continue to bring this energy to the next one on Saturday.
