Since 2016, the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration at Tabor Academy has grown into a beloved tradition for our international students. On September 15, parents from far and wide came together to provide Tabor international students with a taste of home, serving an extravagant dinner to celebrate this holiday.
Three thousand years ago, this event brought families together to honor reunion and the joy of community. From the sharing of mooncakes to the vibrant lantern displays, the festival continues, reminding us of the importance of unity, near or far.
As Angela Zhou ’28 shared in her WeChat moments, “This is what makes Tabor truly special.”
Through the annual Mid-Autumn Festival celebration, our community becomes more connected and enriched.
