Girls Varsity Basketball
Tabor Girls Varsity Basketball faced off against St. Andrew’s this Wednesday and won after an exciting comeback in the second half. St. Andrew’s held a tight lead in the beginning with a score of 11-10 heading into the second quarter. Although Tabor girls kept the lead close and played hard in the second quarter, St. Andrew’s headed into halftime in the lead at 25-23. However, Tabor did not give up and dominated the court in the third quarter outsourcing St. Andrew’s 26-12. This surge of momentum did not falter as Tabor held strong to ultimately win 68-48.
Winter Drama
This week, Tabor’s Winter Drama production presents Michael Hollinger’s “Hope and Gravity.” This captivating play features a talented ensemble of eight cast members, directed by Mr. Heavey and Mr. Gales, with technical and lighting design by Mr. Babbitt. Nine lives intersect in a major city when an elevator fails, causing comic and tragic situations. Jill loves Steve, who’s engaged to Barb, who has an affair with Peter, who’s already having an affair with Nan, who’s married to Marty. Meanwhile, on the ninth floor, Douglas meets Tanya, and a minor miracle occurs. This production with an exciting storyline will be performed at the Will Parker Black Box Theater from Thursday to Saturday of this week! Make sure to reserve your spot since the seating is limited.
