Courtyard
Surrounded by the administration offices and the day student lockers, the courtyard can be found. With benches, tables and some trees, it is a great spot to get outside for a few moments between classes or to sit down and do some work in nature. When being inside is too much to handle or you just need a break from the busy Academic Center, hop into the courtyard and relax in the sunshine.

As one of the largest buildings on campus and located right on the water, Hoyt offers functionality and also stunning views, making it a favorite spot to study or relax. Its centerpiece is the auditorium where plays, performances, and all school meetings are held, making it one of the most unique places at Tabor. You can’t play pool while having a waterfront view in any other building.

Just outside the dining hall is Lillard Living room. The entrance to both Lillard dorms, Lillard Living room is also a relaxing space filled with big blue comfortable chairs and a screen for watching movies. Most people go there to eat when the dining hall is crowded, or simply to lounge.

It features comfortable study spaces and group study rooms. For students who enjoy a more peaceful atmosphere, the library is a perfect escape from distractions, making it an essential hub for both individual and collaborative work.
